JOURNAL OF THE SENATE.
CALENDAR UNDER RULE VIII.
The Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution submitted by Mr. Sherman July 12 (calendar day, July 14), 1917, authorizing the appointment of a joint committee to investigate the causes of the recent riots in East St. Louis, Ill., and to report thereon; and
Ordered, That it be postponed indefinitely.
