Memorandum for the Director.
In compliance with your instructions, I saw Bertha Saunders, printer's assistant; Maggie Keys and Rosebud Murray, operatives, and informed them of your desire that they should eat their lunch at the table set aside for them in the printer's assistants lunch room, but they declined to do so and insisted upon taking such tables as they saw fit.
