Dear Sir:
As editor of La Follette’s Magazine, a communication comes addressed to me to the effect that an order to segregate the races at the Bureau of Printing and Engraving has been put into effect, and that another order to exclude colored girls from the lunch room has also been put into effect.
I should like to know as to the truth of these statements, and will appreciate an early reply.
Respectfully yours,
Belle C. La Follette
