Dear Sir:
President Allen has appointed the following Field Committee for the hydroaeroplane meet on Langley Day, May 6, 1913, and requests that you be ready for short service at the Washington Barracks at about four o’clock in the afternoon of that day, and that you will kindly advise me of your acceptance of this appointment.
