In view of the reference to you in the enclosed letter from Mr. Sharp, and also of the fact that the matter pertains directly to the Committee on Public Information, I am sending it to you for such action as you think advisable. Will you be good enough to return it to me with your views, in order that I may reply confidentially to Mr. Sharp?
