Dear Doctor
Would you be good enough, if you happen to be a member, (& I somehow think you must be on account of your sons) sign the enclosed form making my little boy a member of the Geographic Society You will see by the enclosed letter I thought I had it all fixed I have enclosed an envelope addressed, ready to mail. If you dont happen to be a member dont bother Dr. I was so glad to hear of your recovery from your nasty operation & hope, so much, it will improve you, in health
Yr Respectfully
W. Lacey.
