My dear Dr Grayson
Referring to the examination this afternoon I am glad to report to you that the vision of the right eye is perfect—no new glass was required. The tension is normal, the blood vessels appeared both healthy and there is no increase in the size of the cup. The patient has inadvertently been using his “writing glasses” for his “reading glasses.” I copied the formula of the latter and shall be much obliged if you will see to it that he uses these when reading. A nightly use of weak solution is advisable. The left eye maintains the vision reported at last examination. There is a slight conjuctival loss for which I gave a lotion. With regards
Yours sincerely
G. de Schweinitz
