Text
Dear Mr. Tumulty
In response to your letter of May 13th as to the contribution from the Mennonites for civilian relief in Europe, I am always glad to accept such contributions on behalf of the Belgian Relief. This would seem to relive the embarrassment of everybody in the neighbourhood and certainly would go to one of the most worthy objects in the whole of Europe. The Belgian Relief has engaged in every form of human relief known to mortal man.
Yours faithfully,
[Herbert Hoover]
