Mr. Hoover asks me to acknowledge your note of the 9th enclosing copy of letter from Mr. Edward Chamber of the Railroad Administration.
In the event of developments where any of the men Mr. Chambers refers oto could be used, we will communicate with him direct, if that is your wish.
