Dear Mr. President
I am enclosing you a copy of a letter sent to the Inter-departmental Committee, with which we have been working for several months. The two provisions suggested if incorporated in a bill would come to my committee. What do you think about the two suggestions? Of course, if they don’t meet with your approval I will not introduce the bill.
Yours truly,
With high regards and best wishes, I am
