Note received apprising us of acceptance of the terms set forth in etc., etc.
Question of an armistice and arrangements for evacuation must be referred to military advisers.*
No armistice possible until outrages stopped at sea and on land.
Certain accepted terms of peace must be fulfilled or satisfactory guarantees or pledges of their fulfilment be given before discussion of the application of the rest can be entered into with any expectation of success.

*Must assure the retention of our present military supremacy.
