Invites the President to be present at celebrations of Lincoln's and Washington's birthdays, Cosmopolitan Baptist Church, Washington, D. C.
Asks that permission be granted American Negroes to organize a regiment for service in France.
Wants jim-crow and grandfather laws in the South changed.
Pledges loyalty of the negroes.
