Text

Dear Mr. Waggoner, -

The enclosed letter is the one which I prepared in accordance with my promise to write you about my impressions of your Racetrack at Arlington Downs etc. If you have any suggestions as to additions or changes, I shall be delighted to have them and shall be only too glad to re-write the letter.

I want to again tell you, personally, how much I enjoyed my visit, and what a great pleasure it was to me to know you and Mrs. Waggoner. I am hoping that you both will make that visit to Washington, as it would be a pleasure, not only to me, to see you again, but to have Mrs. Grayson and our three little boys know my much valued new friends.

I am going to drop you a line from time to time.

Again, many thanks for your kindness to me during my visit to Fort Worth, and with kindest regards and best wishes, believe me

Sincerely yours,

Cary T. Grayson
