My dear Admiral
I regret very much to read in to-days local newspapers that our President is still not able to attend to his affairs. Will you please forgive me for taken the liberty and inquire about the condition of Mr. Wilson’s health, but my dear Admiral, I am so interested in our great President that I will ask you to kindly write to me about your personal opinion of the President ’s health.
It is possible that I could make some suggestions, which would help the course.
I beg to remain,
Very Respectfully,
William M. Hecker, MD
