Dear Doctor
1212 Orren St. NE
Washington. DC
Dear Doctor;
I see by the papers that the President, is progressing as fast as could be expected, but apparently not getting much exercise except that got bty walking.
Did you ever consider Massage being applied as a passive excercise, you realize that Massage being applied by a competent operator and given in a scientific method, is adapted for the very weakest to the strongestm,and improves the circulation aids metabolism is a constitutional builder as well as a sedative or stimulant depends how given and the results desired, and is strictly passive, unless a few resistive or active movements are used.
I am not practicing massage now only enough to keep my hand in, but have had several years experience, 2 years lecturing in hospitals on same, My reasons for not following same is that it takes to much of my own vitality especially when same is given as it should be.
May I volunteer my services to help aid the President by giving him proper Massagees, I am not doing this for selfish motives or personal aggrandizment, but in order to help knowing that this next year will be a streoues one account of great amount of Legislation and Campaingn in view.
