Dear Doctor
444 Benedict Ave,
Woodhaven LI

My dear AdmiralGrayson,
White House,
Washington, DC

Dear Doctor:

Being a Neuroligist would ask you for your kindness to permit me to sugest a Remedy, which would improve the condition of our Greatest President Woodrow Wilson, who I love and admire as he saved the Whole World.

My remedy is powdered Nucis. of Gold, which could be given to him in powder, capsule, or pill forms, the dose is betw. 20-40 grs. 3 times a day. It would help him to recover his strength and health, as it works like a chiarm in cases where it is an nervous breakdown from overwork.

Please try this remedy, and kindly advise on the results.

I remain,

Respectfully yours

William M. Hecker, MD
