EXECUTIVE ORDER.

It is hereby ordered that, through the United States Shipping Board, there be taken over to the United States the immediate possession and title to the vessel, now lying in the harbor of , which vessel, at the time of last entry within the jurisdiction of the United States, was under the registry of the Empire of Germany, a nation with which the United States is now at war. Until further direction, the United States Shipping Board is ordered to repair, man, equip, and operate by charter or otherwise, the said vessel in the commerce of the United States.
