With further reference to the printed plan regarding control of security issues, this is to advise that the copy which I sent you was ohnly a draft of the report and that the committee is still working on it. No doubt a number of changes will be made and when it is finally completed I will have a copy forwarded to you.
This matter seemed of sufficiennt importance to send you this note of explanation.
