My dear Governor Strong
I am enclosing copies of three bulletins which we have published, as representing our national policuy, and would be glad if you would look over them.
If you approve, it would be exceedingly helpful to the whole work of the Food Administration if you could send this out over your own recommendation to your member banks, asking them to lend their assistance in promotion of general production, and especially in encouraging increase in the production of hogs, particularly pointing out that their financial assistance in that direction would be extremely valuable.

Yours faithfully,
Hoover, Herbert, 1874-1964

P.S.
I talked with Mr. Walcott on the telephone about this later on, and he said that the matter had been taken up by the Bauhus Association & that they were out of the pamphlets at this time.
