If you have not made arrangements with Mr. Sherman Whipple or someone else to act as Counsel I would suggest your having a talk with William A. Glasgow Ge. of 1018 Real Estate Trust Bld. Philadelphia, who very much desires to serve the Government in some capacity.
Mr. Glasgow is one of the great lawyers of the country.
