Text
Dear Admiral Grayson
Mr. Baruch has asked me to gather all the data he has written on “Taking the Profits out of War” and to put it in shape for a book to be distributed to libraries, newspaper editors and government officials.
For a foreword, I would like to have a letter from you to Mr. Baruch. In this you can tell, as you have seen it, his long activity in this field. We have all the other material assembled and would appreciate your letter as quickly as possible.
Very truly yours,
Richard H. Hippelheuser
