Dear Child
I appreciate so much your little Easter greeting—but am distressed to hear “George” is facing another operation—I do hope it is not serious and will relieve his suffering—Lucy, her husband & oldest daughter came good Friday and the last 2 have just left for Richmond to be back in a week. Red went back to ChicagoSaturday—they brought the child to see Hollins & Sweetbriar—I think she will go to SB in the fall I can’t realize she will be 18 in July!!
I loved seing you & hope you will be back soon—I am all alone as my Secretary has gone home for a week.
Lots of love & good luck
Devotedly
Miss Edith
