Memo for Major Campbell:
All photographic personnel reporting to the undersigned are to hereafter work under the direction of Major John M. Campbell, who shall be responsible for obtaining photos and furnishing prints.
Major Campbell will take immediate steps to so notify the laboratory, Signal Corps, and all personnel concerned.
This personnel includes Major Frank J. Griffin, Capt. Buchanan, Lt. Felming, Lt. Jackson, Sgt. Gutlein, Pvt. Bennett and Pvt. Tronolone and such others as may be hereafter attached.
