Second Lieutenant Robert H. Moran, QMC now on duty with General Purchasing Agent, Paris is abojut to be ordered to the United States. Will you take the necessary steps to see that he is attached to the detachment of chauffeurs, telegraphers and clerks now on duty at the President’s House and accompanies them on the George Washington.
