MONDAY, The President again attended the conference of the Council of Ten in the morning and afternoon. He worked in his study all the evening. Most of his work today was devoted to the perfection of the terms upon which the armistice is to be renewed and he had the able assistance of General Bliss in combatting excessive French claims.
DIARY ENTRY: snowing hard—President attended Peace Conference morning & afternoon. Family lunch. Wilmer Bolling sick—cold—Rx. in bed Maurice Hotel.
