Information has been received at this office from what is considered a reliable source to the effect that beginning next month, December, a vast peace propaganda is to be begun by William Randolph Hearst, through the medium of his newspapers, which is to be conducted in such a fashion as to appeal to the Jewish, Socialist, Pacificist, Millitant Suffragists and Russian elements in this country.
It has been considered advisable to impart this information to Mr. David Hunter Miller, who has stated that in his opinion the information is to be considered as having a foundation of fact.
