Text

My dear Mr. President

In the Weekly London Times for May 30 is quoted an intercepted German document giving directions to the German press. I have not seen it published in this country and am sure it will interest you, particularly the fourth paragraph.

Yours very truly,

William C. Redfield
Secretary.

The President,
The White House,
Washington.
