Please find attached hereto a letter which I have sent to Senator Simmons in reply to a request from him for my opinion on the subject of tax legislation. As this letter contains a summation of my experience in dealing with the question of profiteering versus Government regulation, it may, perhaps, be worth your time to glance over it.
