THE WHITE HOUSE

Mr. Hoover
I am taking the liberty of sending you a letter which I have just addressed to Mr. Bernard Baruch.
I am sending you the letter for your information not only, but in order to afford myself the opportunity of asking if you will not be kind enough, whenever the occasion arises, to afford the War Industries Board the fullest possible cooperation of your Administration.
I have the lively hope that this reorganization of the War Industries Board will add very considerably to the speed and efficiency of our action in the matter of war supplies.
Cordially and sincerely yours,
WOODROW WILSON
