Dear Mr. Tumulty
Your letter to Mr. Hoover of the 5th has been received, and he has asked me to tell you that a notice has been issued concerning the Memorial Exercises at Arlington on the 15th. All persons will be excused,- for the purpose of attending these exercises, who are especially interested.
