NOTE: Look up notes re President Wilson’s intention to go to the Senate in a wheeled chair for the purpose of resigning from the Presidency.
On another occasion he discussed with Admiral Grayson the matter of arranging for a visit by him (President Wilson) to the Senate in a wheeled chair so that he could make a plea to the Senate for the League of Nations.
