Dear Mr. Grayson:
You do not know how very much I appreciated your sending me the pages from the Atlantic Monthly giving the published article “Memories of Woodrow Wilson” written some years ago by your father, Admiral Cary T. Grayson, who was naval aide and private physician to President Wilson.
It was most thoughtful of you to send this to me and to call it to my attention for, as you know, I am one of President Woodrow Wilson’s greatest living admirers.
Sincerely yours,
Harry S. Truman
