Text
My dear Mrs. Crenshaw:
It was, indeed, most generous of you to write me as you did under date of November 3rd, and I want to thank you and your grandson very warmly for your friendly expressions. I shall have pleasure in conveying your grandson’s message to the President. I know he will be deeply touched by the little boy’s solicitous interest.
