Memo for Capt. Munn
Assistant Chief of Staff,
7 Rue Tilsitt, Paris.
The following men reporting to me under orders from Headquarters, US Troops, Paris are attached to Headquarters Detachment, American Peace Commission for administration and supply. This arrangement, because of the nature of the duties performed by the men, does not work out well and I request commutation of qurarters and rations be allowed them from this date. This will enable them to live close to the Hotel Murat and obtain their meals at the irregular hours, which their duty demands.
Ord. Sgt. Frank J. Gallagher
Pvt. Raymond Goodman
Pvt. Ogden A. Kelley
Pvt. Belmont A. Rowe.
