Admiral Cary T. Grayson
Sir
Am convinced The President is being made the victim of the practice of animal magnetism (the most deadly device known to occult Science) by agents of the former German Government and their associates. Having suffered the persecutions of these people for years I know their methods and have found a way to counter-act this black art. If you care for the imformation will be glad to supply some.
Respectfully
