Dearest

I wrote my will & had Drs. Halkin, Rider and Wagner to sign as witnesses. I am going to put in our box at the American Security & Trust Co—I have filled out & mailed to Mr. Cheney my tax account.

I sent a check to-day on Riggs bank to Boss & Phelps for $240—in semi annual interest on 1602—16. St. I was in 1600 this morning to get glasses, everything seems fine. It is terribly hot here. I sent you blank for your tax report in case you have not one.

My darling, I miss you and the boys very much. My last visit did me good and made me feel very happy to see you all so well in every way—In another envelope I am sending copy of some of the pictures. William’s hair shows up well—I delivered Ann’s check in person. Plan to leave at four o’clock . I wish Saratoga was nearer Blue Ridge Summit—Lots of love to you all.
