My dear Doctor Grayson;
In my work I have seen a considerable number of cases of mental and physical fatigue states consequent upon long atanding gastro-enteric and other conditions. With the many things that are helpfull, I have found that the daily hyperdermic use of a solution of glycerophosphaytes and cacydalate of strychnia is the most satisfactory meduication to employ. Such a preparation is put up by Fraissé under the name of “Neurosthenique” these ampulla being obtainable in the American market with difficulty. I would be very willing for the President to send some to you if you wanted. This is sent you in the desire to help along and entirely in fraternal spirit.
Sincerely yours,
Anthony Bassler
