Referring to your note of May 11, 1917, requesting weekly reports of allotments made from the $100,000,000 appropriation for “National Security and Defense,” I have to advise you that since the date of the sixth report transmitted to you by letter of June 23, 1917, notices of your approval of the following additional allotments have been received at the Treasury Department:
