The undersigned Banks and Trust Companies hereby subscribe to a fund of One Hundred Million Dollars, to be payable in Gold or Gold Certificates, and to be held and administered in accordance with the terms of a report dated September 19, 1914, made by a Committee representing Central Reserve and Reserve City Banks of the United States, a copy of which report is attached hereto.
