THEODORE E. BURTON.
My dear Mr. Strong:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 16th inst. in accordance with which I am sending to you under separate cover several copies of the substitute banking and currency bill which I introduced in the Senate. Doubtless you have seen by the papers of this morning the agreement which has been reached regarding the time for a final vote on the bill.
