Dear Mr. President

I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter of June 18 and I return herewith the enclosures contained in that letter.

My letter of May 14 was written before the provisional agreement to which you refer, and I suggest that the regulation might be held up pending a final decision in the matter of the production of malt products.
