Served two years as Lieutenant Governor and then two years as Governor. Banker and lawyer.
Recommended by Governor Norbeck and many others.
Passed by Mr. McCormick.
(Ex-Governor Herreid has offered his services to the Government for the duration of the war, and although he has not been approached with reference to this position, he will doubtless accept it if appointed.)
PORTO RICO
Alber E. Lee San Juan
President, Porto Rican Food Commission. Recommended by Governor Yager and many others.
Passed by Mr. McCormick.
(Mr. Lee is in Washington at present and is willing to undertake this work if appointed. He will return to Porto Rico shortly.
