The White House.The enclosed telegram is as O’Shaughnessy says very significant
I enclose herewith copy of despatch just received from Minister Thompson , at Bogotá, together with a copy of my reply.
I shall be here early in the morning and shall remain at the Department until three o’clock. Tomorrow is the last of my Chautauquas for this season.
