My dear Mr. President
I enclose a poll of democratic Senator. Hitchcock strongly opposes being “rushed” otherwsie except the natural weariness of the flesh our members are about unanimous in favoring prompt action of the Committee on Banking & Currency and as speedy action as practicable by the US Senate.
Yours trulyRobt Owen
