Text
My dear Mr. Hoffman:
I am warmly obliged to you for your interesting letter of November 13th. It has clarified a great many aspects of the election in my own mind, and it was certainly very kind of you to give me the benefit of your own analysis.
We are none the worse for the adventure, and I can hardly congratulate the Republicans on the responsibility they have assumed.
Cordially and sincerely yours,
[Woodrow Wilson]
Hon. EG Hoffman,
Fort Wayne, Indiana.
