June 28—1915.
The President & Dr Grayson went over to Hanover early in the morning—played 18 holes of golf—Returned to Harlakenden at 11.40—accompanied by Mrs. Galt, Miss Bones—for a motor ride over to Whit Woodstock, Vt—and to Rutland, Vt—Returning at 8.30 at night to Harlakenden—

Tuesday—
June 29—1915
—The President & Dr Grayson played golf at Hanover—NH and returned to Harlakenden at 11.30—That afternoon the President—Mrs. Galt—Miss Bones and Dr Grayson motored to Windsor—Vt—Clarmont—Newport, NH—& near Lake Sunnapee and returned via Corbin ParkWednesday—
Cornish—NH

June 30—1914.
President and Mrs. Galt went for a walk up through the woods on Churchill estate—along the river road—Motored in afternoon—to Vermont via Reading—Woodstock—and return—accompanied by Miss Bones & Mrs. Norman Galt—Thursday—
Cornish—NH

July 1—1915
President went for a walk in rain through the woods—on Churchill estate—In afternoon the President was accompanied on an automobile ride over in Vermont by Mrs. Sayre—Mrs. Galt——Cornish—NH

July 2—1914.
Played golf at Mr. FA Kenndy’s private course for the first time. Me President liked the course—Motored in afternoon—President—Mrs. Galt—Mrs. Sayre—Cornish—NH—

July 3—
Rain in the morning—no golf—Motor ride in afternoon over very bad road from Woodstock or Bridgewater to Ludlow—(Farmer with twinkle in in his eye—said he “was over this road Sunday” fine scenery & could, at certain point see the White Mountains—mot distance of 85 miles—Party—President—Mrs Galt—Miss Bones—Dr GraysonCornish NH

July 4—1915
No church—In After luch lunch—the President motored to Ludlow—Vt—accompanied by Mrs. Galt, Mrs. Sayre—Mr. Sayre & Dr. GraysonSaw result of Ford automobile accident at Laek Echo—5 miles from the town of Ludlow. President offered assistance—Lady bruised but not much injured—Cornish—NH.

July 5—1915
Rain prevented golf game in early morning—President—accompanied by Mrs. Galt—Mrs. Sayre & Dr Grayson motored for 2½ hrs—over in Vermont—Read at night from Ober Dicta—about Thos. Carlyle.Cornish—NH

July 6—1915.
President & I played golf at Mr. FA  Kennedy’s golf course—for the second time on this course—Met Mrs. Bullard—& children—Mr. FA Kennedy—Mr. ClarkMr. WinchMr. ________Motored over towards Springfield Vt—& then across Conn—river to Cornish Flats—Plainfield—accompanied by Mrs. Galt, Miss Bones & Dr Grayson Cornish—

Wednesday July 7—’15
President played golf at Mr. FA Kennedy’s course at Windsor, Vt—Returned by 10.30 a.m. to house—worked in study—In afternoon motored (80 miles) to Oxford, NH and back on Vermont side of river via—Hartland—White River Junction, & Windsor—total 83 miles—Read aloud at night to family—Peter Ibseton—

Thursday
July 78—1915—Cornish NH
Rain President slept until 9 A.M. Remained in house all day—Dispaches from Sec’y Lansing—(Germany) Played pool with Mrs. GaltMrs. Sayre—& Frank SayreI walked & talked with Mr.Burton of Scrips McRae Company on human interest story about President—Rained all day—Cornish NH

Friday July 89—1915
—I informed the The President and Dr G. breakfasted at 7.30—In I informed him that the reply to his last—(2nd note) to Germany was handed to Ambassador Gerard at midnight—Report from Associated Press Representative Mr. Claggett by telephone.We played 18 holes of golf at Mr. Kenndy’s, Returned to Harlakenden at 10.15. The President worked in study in for about an hour—(Mrs. Sayre—Miss Bones & Mrs. Galt lunched at Miss Slades—The President—Frank Sayre & I lunched at home.

At 4 P.M the President & all motored over to studio of Augustus Saint Gaudens—Found little children having a birthday party—Completed reading Peter Ibsetson to family to-night. First half good—latter poor—

Saturday—July 10—1915
Cornish—NH
Played golf at Mr. Kennedy’s course in the morning—returning home at 10.25 AM. The President received telephone messages through Dr Grayson from Secretary Tumulty about the German note—(reply).

After lunch the President motored to Lake Sunnapee, NH
accompanied by Mrs. Norman Galt & Miss Helen Bones.

After dinner he read aloud stories The New Arabian Nights by Robert Louis Stevenson—Sunday, Cornish—NH

July 11—1915
President remained home all day.
