Dear Admiral
Of course I shall be at your house next Tuesday evening, what-e’er else be-tide. You know that there is no place in this town I would rather go and you know that there is no other person in this village whose hospitality I so enjoy, and may you live to be a hundred years young and continue to be a delight to your friends and a blessing to your fellow-man.
Thanks always.
Sincerely,
James E. Watson
