Dear Sir

With this please find an editorial from “The World” and also an answer of same by a private citizen. I do not think it complimentary on the part of “The World” to assail the President’s physician, and I think I was right, when he diagnosed the case as nervous exjhaustion, in assailment of the editorial mentioned. Hoping the President will soon be back and have hold of the reins again, I remain

Yours very truly,

Wm. B. Kibbee
