Dear Admiral Grayson
Yours of the 10th to hand and I certainly appreciate same and if it is convenient for you to come we will certainly be awfully proud to have you here on the grounds, for as I stated before, I felt that your presence here would mean so much to our race meet but if you do not find it entirely convenient to attend I will understand.
We only decided a week or ten days ago to hold this meeting and of course realize that many will have previous engagements.
With kindest regards to you and Yours, I am as ever
Your friend,
WT WAGGONER
