Admiral Grayson,Washington, DC,
My dear doctor Grayson
Inspired solely by an anxiety for the Presidents welfare I beg to take the liberty of mentioning to you the great value of Hormotone, of the GW Carnrick & Cos animal therapy, as a most excellent boosting toninc in all forms of simple neurasthenia. Having found inestimable benerfit from the tablets in my own deplorable condition, after three years of apparently hopeless nervouvs break down, a victim of a Sanitarium, also having used the same remedy with my patients, I have thought that very much of its value is due to the fact that there seems to be absolutely no reactionary depression following its administration. Aside from the Presidents gra-t value to the world, as a God given leader of men every loyal American now feels solicitous for the health and comfort of the Chief Magistrate of the nation. As such I subscribe myself and beg to offer a suggestion that can do no harm.
